Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Details

1.1. The promoter is Union Shopper Inc, ABN 64 025 355 024, located at Unit 3, 19 Taylor St, Bowen Hills, QLD 4006

1.2. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Entry is open to current financial members of the Finance Sector Union who are also registered with Union Shopper. Employees and their immediate families of Union Shopper and its associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The promotion commences at 00:00am AEST on Monday 2 February, 8am AEDT, and ends at 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 13 February (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must:

Click the link and visit the new Union Shopper website.
Click “Log In” to log into the Union Shopper website via the Finance Sector Union Member Portal
No purchase is necessary to enter the draw.

5. Prize

5.1. The total prize pool (the Prize) comprises one (1) individual prizes, awarded to one (1) individual and unique winner.

The prize winner will receive:

one (1) $500 Coles eGift Card.

5.2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Draw

6.1. The winners of the Draw will be selected randomly using the third-party service https://www.randomdraws.com/au/about/ from all eligible entries on Monday 16 February.

6.2. The first valid entry to be drawn by computer-generated, random selection will be deemed the winners of the Competition (the Prize Winners).

6.3. The winner will be notified by email and and listed in FSU News.

6.4. If the prize is unclaimed after 14 days, a redraw will take place.

7. General

7.1. Union Shopper reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

7.2. Union Shopper is not responsible for any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Union Shopper’s control) that may affect the conduct of the promotion.

8. Privacy

8.1. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Union Shopper for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for future Union Shopper promotional purposes.

8.2. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to state and territory lottery departments as required by law.
