When will I receive my card?

• Eligible Recipients will receive the applicable Card/s by email up to 90-120 days after connecting to the relevant plan/s.
• Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received your card within this timeframe.
• eGift Cards are sent from giftcards@rewards.cimet.com.au.

How do I access my card?

• You will receive an email with a link to access your Prepaid Visa eGift Card.
• You must follow the instructions in the email to activate your card.
• The card must be redeemed within 30 days of the issue date.

How long will my card be valid?

• Your Prepaid Visa eGift Card will be valid for 3 months from the date of redemption.

What if I haven’t received my card?

• If you haven’t received your card within 3–4 months of connecting your plan, please contact support:
