Member’s Monthly prize draw 

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Monthly Prize Draw (the “Draw”) is open to all registered members of Union Shopper (the “Company”) who reside in Australia and are currently an actively registered member recognised by their Organisation.

1.2 Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) are not eligible to enter the Draw.

2. Entry

2.1 To enter the Draw, members must:

2.1.1 Be currently a registered member of the Company

2.1.2 Log in to their Company account and click on the “Enter Monthly Draw” button

2.2 One entry per member per month is permitted.

2.3 Entries must be received by 11:59pm AEST on the last day of each month to be eligible for that month’s Draw.

3. Prize

3.1 The prize for the Draw is $500 credit to spend with The Good Guys Commercial.

3.2 The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4. Selection of Winner

4.1 The winner of the Draw will be selected randomly using the third-party service https://www.randomdraws.com/au/about/ from all eligible entries on the First business day of each month at 11 am.

4.2 The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 days of being selected.

4.3 If the winner cannot be contacted within 4 weeks, another winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries for that month.

5. General Terms and Conditions

5.1 The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and to disqualify any entries that it deems to be incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.

5.2 The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Draw is final and binding.

5.3 The Company is not responsible for any technical or other errors that may prevent or delay the submission of entries.

5.4 The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to property or persons arising from participation in the Draw or acceptance of the prize.

5.5 By entering the Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5.6 By entering the Draw, participants agree that these terms and conditions can be updated or modified at any time by the Company.

6. Privacy

6.1 The Company will collect and use personal information about participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at https://unionshopper.com.au/privacy-policy/.
