The Good Guys Commercial “Shop and Win” Terms

“Shop and Win” Credit Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

1. The “Shop and Win” Credit Prize Draw offered by The Union Shopper Inc. (ABN 64 025 355 024) (Union Shopper) in connection with The Good Guys Discount Warehouses (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 48 004 880 657) (The Good Guys) opens on 1 May 2026 at 9:00 am (AEST) and closes on 31 May 2026 at 11.59 pm (AEST) (Entry Period). The credit will be drawn pursuant to a random prize draw and is one (1) $500 credit towards your next purchase via The Good Guys Commercial Corporate Benefits Portal (Credit).
2. Entry into the prize draw is limited to Eligible Participants (as that term is defined in paragraph 7 below) who have made a purchase via The Good Guys Corporate Benefits Portal as a Union Shopper member, during the Entry Period (Valid Purchase Order). Valid Purchase Orders must be confirmed by The Good Guys between the opening and closing dates and times and will not include items which are returned for change of mind or refund before the Draw Date.
3. The Credit will be drawn via a random prize draw on 4 June 2026 (the Draw Date) at 12:00pm (AEST) at Union Shopper, 3/19 Taylor St, Bowen Hills, Qld, 4006.
4. A representative of Union Shopper will notify the winning Eligible Participant (the Winner) via confirmation email to the Winner’s nominated email address within 2 business days of the Draw Date.  The confirmation email will contain information on how to redeem the Credit.
5. In the event Union Shopper receives a “bounce-back” email confirming a failed delivery to the Winner’s nominated email address, Union Shopper will make reasonable repeated endeavours to contact the Winner. If the Winner is not responsive within 14 business days of the Draw Date, the Credit will be subject to a redraw.
6. Each Valid Purchase Order equates to one (1) entry into the prize draw. Entries into the prize draw are unlimited for each Eligible Participant. Each entry must be unique and received by The Good Guys between the opening and closing dates and times.
7. Eligibility:
   Eligibility to participate in the prize draw is limited to participants who comply with all of the following conditions:
   (a) participants who are Australian residents aged 18 years or older;
   (b) participants who are Union Shopper members; and
   (c) participants who make an online purchase via The Good Guys Corporate Benefits Portal,
   (the Eligible Participants).
8. The name of the Winner will be published at www.unionshopper.com.au at 2:00 pm (AEST) on 4 June 2026.
9. Purchases from The Good Guys Retail Stores, The Good Guys Retail Website or The Good Guys Commercial Website will not qualify as a purchase for the purposes of determining whether a participant is an Eligible Participant.
10. Purchases made by Eligible Participants that are returned for change of mind or refund before the Draw Date are not eligible to participate in this competition. The Good Guys Refunds and Warranties Guide and the Australian Consumer Law will apply to all other returns validly submitted to The Good Guys that are made pursuant to a customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Guarantees and will remain eligible to participate in the competition.
11. The Credit is not transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash.
12. The Credit will be available to be redeemed for 12 months after the date the Credit is issued to the Winner.
13. The Credit may only be redeemed via The Good Guys Commercial Corporate Benefits Portal. It cannot be used for purchases from The Good Guys Commercial Website, The Good Guys Retail Stores or The Good Guys Retail Website.
14. The Credit is redeemable based off the current ticketed price of the relevant products as offered on The Good Guys Corporate Benefits Portal as at the time it (or any part of it) is redeemed.
15. Union Shopper and/or The Good Guys reserve the right to cancel or revoke the Credit at any time if the participant does not comply with these terms and conditions.
16. Instructions on qualifying an entrance into the competition and prize information forms part of these terms and conditions. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions. Union Shopper and/or The Good Guys reserve their rights to disqualify entrants in the competition for any breach of these competition terms and conditions.
17. The Good Guys accept no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
18. All personal information submitted by any entrant will be governed in accordance with Union Shopper’s Privacy Policy (https://unionshopper.com.au/privacy-policy/) and JB Hi-Fi Limited’s (and its subsidiaries) Privacy Policy (https://www.jbhifi.com.au/pages/help-and-support/privacy-policy), and will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion.
19. This competition is a trade promotional game conducted in accordance with the laws of the states of Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
