UNION SHOPPER – 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility: The promotion is open to registered members of participating unions with access to the Union Shopper portal.

How to Enter: To enter, members must log in to the Union Shopper portal on each promotional day and click the red 12 Days of Christmas button. Each log-in and click during the promotional period counts as an entry for that day’s prize draw. (One entry per member per day).

Promotion Period: The promotion runs for 12 days, starting from 11th December 2024 to 22nd December 2024 Each day’s draw is for entries received from 12:00am to 11:59pm AEST on the previous day.

Daily Draws: A random number generator will be used to select one (1) winner per day from the pool of eligible entries received on the day prior.

Prize: Each daily winner will receive one (1) $100 Coles Voucher. There will be twelve (12) individual winners over the 12-day period.

Winner Announcement: Daily winners will be announced on the Union Shopper website. The winner’s first name, last initial, and union name will be displayed.

Prize Conditions: Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other items.

Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are up to date in their Union Shopper profile.

Right to Amend: Union Shopper reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Disputes: The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of winners or any other matter relating to the promotion.

Privacy: Personal details of entrants will be used to administer the competition in accordance with Union Shopper’s privacy policy.

Disqualification: Any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms may be disqualified.

Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Union Shopper reserves the right to forfeit the prize and conduct a redraw.

Force Majeure: Union Shopper is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that prevent the draw or prize distribution.

Liability: Union Shopper accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from the winner’s use of the prize.

End Date: 22nd December 2024 (final winner announcement 23rd December)
