Union Shopper – 12 Deals of Christmas promotion
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Eligibility:
The promotion is open to registered members of participating unions with access to the Union Shopper portal.
How to Enter:
To enter, members must, on each promotional day, log in to the Union Shopper portal, visit the “12 Deals of Christmas” page, and click the entry button.
Members may submit one entry per day. Each day’s login and entry-button click constitutes one entry into that day’s prize draw.
Promotion Period:
The promotion runs for 12 days, commencing 1st December 2025 through to
12th December 2025. Each day’s draw is for entries received from 12.00am to 11.59pm AEST on that day.
Daily Draws:
A random number generator will be used to select one (1) winner per day from the pool of eligible entries received on that day.
Prizes:
Each daily winner will receive one (1) prize. Each daily prize has a minimum retail value of $100 dollars. There will be twelve (12) individual prizes supplied by
Union Shopper partners and suppliers as highlighted on each separate day of the promotion.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Alcohol Prize Conditions:
If a daily prize or part of a prize includes alcohol, the winner must be 18 years or older. A valid ID may be required before the prize is fulfilled. Entrants acknowledge that their details will be shared with the relevant supplier for delivery of the alcohol prize. Alcohol deliveries will only be made in accordance with relevant state and territory liquor laws. Due to Northern Territory (NT) liquor restrictions, alcohol prizes cannot be awarded to NT residents. If an NT member wins a daily prize that includes alcohol, Union Shopper will substitute the alcohol component for an eGift card of equal value. The specific products included in an alcohol prize will be selected at supplier’s discretion.
Bonus Prize:
On Monday 15th December, all entrants over the 12 days of the promotion will be entered into a final Bonus Prize draw. The Bonus Prize includes a $250.00 eGift card and additional products from Union Shopper partners. The minimum total value of the Bonus Prize is $750 dollars. One (1) winner will be drawn.
Winner Announcement:
The twelve (12) daily winners and the one (1) Bonus Prize winner will be announced on the Union Shopper website. The winner’s first name, last initial and union name will be displayed.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via email. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are up to date in their Union Shopper profile.
Prize Conditions:
All prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Unclaimed Prizes:
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Union Shopper may conduct a redraw.
Disqualification:
Any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these terms may be disqualified.
Right to Amend:
Union Shopper reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Liability:
Union Shopper accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.
Force Majeure:
Union Shopper is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that prevent the draw or prize distribution.
Privacy:
Personal details of entrants will be used to administer the competition in accordance with Union Shopper’s privacy policy. Entrants acknowledge that their details may be shared with the relevant Union Shopper partner or supplier for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.

Final Winner Announcement: 15th December 2025
