Yes – you can bring your existing mobile number with you. Simply choose “Keep my number” during purchase, and your number will be transferred over, usually with no downtime.
5. How do I join?
Joining is easy:
- Choose your plan on the Member’s Mobile page.
- Order your SIM online.
- Receive your SIM in the post within 3–7 business days.
- Activate it online at membersmobile.com.au – we’ll guide you step-by-step.
6. How do I activate my SIM card?
Once your SIM arrives:
- Go to membersmobile.com.au and click “Activate SIM”.
- Enter the required details.
- Choose whether to keep your current number or get a new one.
- Follow the prompts – activation usually happens within minutes.
7. Which network does Member’s Mobile use?

8. Is there a contract or minimum term?
