Gift Cards
How do gift cards work?
Discounted gift cards are purchased through the Union Shopper Gift Card platform. Gift Cards can only be purchased if you are first logged in to Union Shopper and then click through to one of the gift cards.
When you purchase a gift card:
- A secure link to the gift card is sent to you by email
- The same link is also stored in your Gift Cards Wallet on the gift card platform.
You can access discounted gift cards through Union Shopper when logged in. The process varies slightly depending on the card, but is generally quick and straightforward.

How to Purchase Gift Cards
If you’ve successfully purchased a gift card and/or a payment has come out of your account, your transaction has been processed.
If you didn’t receive a confirmation email when you made your payment and/or you didn’t receive your gift card, don’t worry, your card is not lost. The confirmation and delivery emails may have been blocked by your email provider.
The emails should come from support=unionshopper.com.au@giftcard.unionshopper.com.au. Please check your junk mail folder for any emails coming from that email address as well.
If you are still unable to locate the emails, you may need to add support=unionshopper.com.au@giftcard.unionshopper.com.au to a safe-sender or email whitelist (e.g. Microsoft instructions for Safe Sender listing). We recommend this to ensure email delivery for any future purchases.
In the meantime, purchased gift cards are always added to your Gift Card Wallet once your transaction has been processed. You can access your wallet via any of the gift card offer pages, or via your account page on the Union Shopper website – My Account
